We’re a growing small engine repair shop in Sarasota, Florida, led by Rolando, a Master Mechanic with over 20 years of experience. The shop has been open for six months and is expanding quickly — we’re now looking for the right person to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
We’re hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant (20–30 hours per week) with strong customer service and computer skills.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting customers (phone & in person)
Scheduling jobs and organizing work orders
Managing basic computer tasks (emails, invoices, parts tracking)
Helping keep the office organized and efficient
Requirements:
Good communication and people skills
Comfortable with computers and basic office software
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
