Position Summary:
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven marketer who can grow brand awareness, generate leads, and create consistent demand for our services. You’ll own the marketing strategy across social media, local advertising, email, partnerships, and community outreach — with measurable results.
Core Responsibilities-
-Develop and execute an annual marketing plan with monthly goals (leads, engagement, branding).
-Manage social media accounts (content calendar, posting, community engagement).
-Produce content: short videos, photos, captions, blog posts, and email campaigns.
-Run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram ads, Google Local Services / Search ads).
-Track & analyze marketing metrics (CPL, CTR, conversion rates) and report ROI.
-Build local partnerships (vendors, realtors, community groups) and referral programs.
-Manage basic graphic design or coordinate with designers for assets.
-Maintain website content, update service pages, and optimize for local SEO.
-Coordinate promotions, events, and trade show presence when applicable.
