Location: Sarasota, Florida, United States (On-site)

Position: 3-month Contract to Hire - Account Executive 1, Commercial Sales

We connect businesses with existing solar farms, letting them reap the rewards of renewable energy credits without lifting a finger. Think of us as the matchmakers between sunny skies and savvy organizations.

What You’ll Do.

Sales Generation: Make outbound calls to commercial prospects, promoting Arcadia's free and awesome solar program.

Customer Engagement: Build rock-solid relationships with businesses, making sure they see the light (literally and figuratively).

Sales Strategy: Implement killer strategies to turn prospects into long-term partners.

Data Management: Keep our CRM system updated and churn out insightful sales reports.

Team Collaboration: Work with a team that’s as passionate about clean energy as you are.

What You Bring:

Experience: You’ve been there, done that in commercial sales, and you’ve got the results to prove it.

Skills: Killer communication, relationship-building, and CRM skills.

Personality: You're a self-starter who’s motivated, organized, and ready to roll with the punches in a fast-paced environment.

What’s in It for You:

Base Salary: $70K

Bonus: Up to $100K

Benefits: Industry Leading Benefit Package

Total Comp: $170K+ (Yeah, you read that right!)
