Superior Skilled is seeking a Division Head for an Aluminum Division in the Sarasota/Charlotte County, FL area.
DIVISION MANAGER - Aluminum
PAY: $90-$100K annually (based upon experience)
HOURS: 7am-5pm - Monday - Friday (possible Saturdays)
SCHEDULE: 40-50 hrs (weekly)
START DATE: ASAP

Overall responsibility is to manage plan, direct and administer policies and goals for the commercial division regarding profitability performance, work competency and growth. Manager will have oversight through project lifecycle - estimating, planning, executing and timely completion of jobs within the company. Responsibilities
Plan, direct, coordinate project activity including staffing needs.
Coordinating and running project kick-off meetings.
Evaluate and analyze problems logically to develop solutions.
Communicate effectively, translate and communicate technical jargon into layman terms.
Conduct site visits as needed to understand constructability of jobs/projects.
Monitoring project progress, prepare monthly reports, analyzing the accuracy of the budget, schedule, cash flow and manpower forecasts.
Appropriately verify and manage changes in job/project scope, schedule and costs.
Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures, qualify improvement and incorporating best practices.
Manage and maintain relationship with our clients and other stakeholders.
Ensuring all safety regulation are adhered to.

Requirements
Minimum of 5+ Years’ experience/education as an Operations Manager
Hands on leader in the Fabrication Dept and Field Dept
Ability to field measure take offs & fabing.
Proven track record as a job/project manager with history of strong client relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; internal and external
Knowledge and proficiency various software applications, such as, Microsoft Office, Outlook and estimation software
Strong business acumen
High-energy, positive attitude, enthusiastic, honest and a team player
