EXPERIENCED PROPERTY PRESERVATION SUBCONTRACTORS NEEDED - STUART / TREASURE COAST (BREVARD, INDIAN RIVER, ST. LUCIE, MARTIN)
Secure-Pro Field Services, Inc. is a licensed and insured property preservation company with over 20 years of experience. We are looking for experienced property preservation vendors who are working now or have recently worked in this line of work.
Experience in property preservation is required. We need reliable crews in Brevard County, Indian River County, St. Lucie County, and Martin County (Stuart / Treasure Coast area).

WHAT WE OFFER

SCOPE OF WORK
- Changing locks, re-keying, and securing or boarding windows and doors
- Lawn care and other basic yard or landscape work
- Trash outs, debris removal, and general cleanups
- Evictions and initial secures
- Winterizations (when needed)
- Interior and exterior inspections with photo documentation
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Aspen Grove ABC# (Shield ID) with background check completed
- Able to use mobile field apps, especially Property Preservation Wizard (PPW)
- Recent experience in property preservation work
- Your own vehicle, trailer, and all tools needed for this work
- Smartphone or tablet with reliable high-speed internet
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- General liability insurance required (York-Jersey preferred, but not mandatory)
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Able to follow HUD / FHA / investor guidelines
- Comfortable preparing bids and understanding allowable limits
- Responsible, organized, and able to work with little supervision
