We are a fast-growing contract manufacturing and 3PL services company looking for reliable Production Workers to join our team. We manufacture a variety of products for multiple clients from start to finish, including packaging and quality control.

Responsibilities
Work on production lines to manufacture products according to client specifications
Follow batch records, work orders, and SOPs accurately
Perform basic quality checks (QC) to ensure products meet standards
Count, sort, and package finished goods and materials
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow production timelines to ensure orders ship on time
Learn and adapt as we manufacture multiple products and SKUs
Work as part of a team to hit daily and weekly production goals
Requirements
On time and punctual – reliable attendance is a must
Able to follow directions and standard operating procedures
Able to count accurately and handle repetitive tasks
Willing and able to learn new products and processes
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [30–50 lbs] as needed
Strong attention to detail and basic quality mindset
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or 3PL is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time, on-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm or 2nd shift
