Please join our team as a foreman, where you will lead and oversee a crew of painters to ensure projects are Completed safely, effectively, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires both leadership and technical expertise in painting methods, including spray, brush, and roller application, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Supervise, direct, and motivate a crew of painters on daily tasks and project goals. Plan, schedule, and coordinate workflow to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Oversee all stages of painting projects, including surface and prep application, and finishing. Inspect work regularly to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Maintain a safe and organized job site in compliance with company guidelines. Communicate effectively with project managers contractors and clients. Monitor and manage material, tools, equipment usage. Keep accurate records of Labor hours, materials, and project progress. Expertise in painting tools, equipment, and application methods. Strong problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
