Must have experience:
Looking for an individual to work in residential renovations. Full-time position. Pay depends on skill level, with hourly pay. The more skilled in all aspects of exterior remodeling, the better. Willing to train the right person who wants to learn and grow.
Multi-skilled individual capable of performing the following tasks:;
Able to install vinyl siding, Hardie board, soffit, and fascia.
Experienced in some carpentry work.
Able to handle exterior residential repairs.
Specializes in most exterior projects.
Minimum Employment Requirements:
Able to work with a crew leader for a 2-3 person crew.
Can assume some job responsibility, self-starter.
Have a valid driver's license and own truck or car to get to work; not dropped off.
Able to use basic tools, saws, etc.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Use a ladder and scaffolding for a two-story job.
Experience working on exterior remodels.
Absolutely:
No drugs or alcohol.
No family drama.
Professional appearance and attitude are a must.
Quality and efficiency are a requirement.
