We are a small startup company working with schools, colleges and technical training programs throughout the United States. Established in 2023 we are now rapidly growing and in need of financial administrative support to organize our financials.
This position would be at our office based in Pinellas Park as a part-time position of 20 to 25 hours a week. Some remote work may be discussed, however, this will depend on our current workload.
Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ideally, the individual should have the following attributes:
Located within easy commute of Pinellas Park
Good communication skills
Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
Strong knowledge of using spreadsheets
Organization skills with receipts and expenses
Ability to reconcile bank and credit card account
Know how to classify transactions
Clean up vendor and supplier lists
Clean up expense reporting and invoices
Run financial reports
Some limited Tax pre-preparation
