Looking for a full time on-site licensed CAM for large Condominium Community in Tarpon Springs. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in managing condominiums. Ideal candidate is experienced in Accounting (TOPS Software), Budgeting, preparing financials, Board Meetings and preparing agendas, Minutes, Newsletters, etc., and overall Management knowledge of overseeing the daily affairs of the property including all staff members and vendors.
