Our ever-growing moving company is looking for a skilled person to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. We need an enthusiastic individual who can assist in the details of our customers’ moves and work with our crew members to make sure we deliver on all our customer commitments.
As a Customer Service Specialist. you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Below are some examples of this position’s responsibilities:
Answering Incoming Calls: In many instances, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
Customer Communication: Once engaged with a customer, you will be expected to speak to them in a professional manor regardless of the situation.
Preparation of paperwork.
Input of customer job information into Quickbooks.
Attention to Details: accuracy in all facets of the job is A MUST!
Preferred Competences Include:
High school diploma/GED is not required but preferred.
Previous customer service experience.
Excellent telephone skills (the ability to be friendly, courteous and helpful).
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
General computer skills required. QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
Microsoft Outlook or Similar Email Hosting Software
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
Ability to perform basic math.
