Hello! I am seeking a Part time or Full Time Caregiver in Largo, Florida for the Daytime Hours of 9am-5pm for my sister in law who is quadriplegic with Cerebral Palsy. She is active and works a job but does need assistance with dressing, bathing, cooking, eating etc.
This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our family members, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various healthcare settings, including experience with power lifts, power wheelchairs, physical lifting a plus, etc.
Duties:
Arrive on time and be dependable!
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, feeding, driving to various appointments, assisting with work, etc.
Monitor and record clients' health status, including vital signs and any changes in condition.
Provide companionship and emotional support to her, fostering a positive environment.
Administer medication as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
