We are a local residential cleaning company looking to hire a few SUPER DETAILED AND FAST PACED cleaners to join our team. As a 1099 contractor you will be paid a percentage of the job and that generally works out to be anywhere from 17-22 an hour depending on your speed. We require you to have a RELIABLE VEHICLE and VALID drivers license. EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AND REFERENCES WILL BE VERIFIED AND BACKGROUND CHECKS WILL BE DONE. We need people that are ready, willing and able to work WITHOUT personal problems and drama. We do not work weekends unless you want an extra job now and again. We are a FAST PACED and SUPER detailed company, so if you are not fast paced and detailed detailed please do not respond. Must speak English or be fluent as a Bi-Lingual.
MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES.which means, Vacuum, 3 step step stool, cleaning supplies, towels, mops and anything else required to do the job. You are a 1099 contractor so those things are your responsibility. We may be able to help in certain situations.
