About the Role:
Woodlake Run Condo Association is seeking a dependable and skilled On-Site Maintenance Worker to help maintain our beautiful community. This hands-on position is responsible for the upkeep of our property, ensuring that the buildings, common areas, and amenities are safe, clean, and well cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the property.
Change light fixtures and bulbs in common areas.
Paint and touch up common spaces as needed.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests.
Assist with emergency repairs as required.
Maintain and monitor the community pool to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
Oversee and coordinate service providers, contractors, and vendors working on-site.
Maintain maintenance logs and communicate updates to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
Current and valid Florida driver’s license with transportation – mileage reimbursement
Capable of performing physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with independent problem solving skills.
5 years prior maintenance experience preferred; pool maintenance experience a plus.
Schedule:
Part-time or full-time, on-site position
Emergency response on-call
Compensation:
$20-$25/hour depending on experience
Vacation, holidays and sick leave
