As a Reliable Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments.
Accurately labeling, storing, and organizing products in the warehouse.
Preparing items for outbound shipments, including packaging and labeling.
Coordinating with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular counts and reconciliations.
Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborating with team members to meet shipping and receiving goals.
Resolving shipping discrepancies and addressing customer inquiries professionally.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field.
Knowledge of shipping software and inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to lift and move heavy packages, as needed.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Our office hours are:
Monday to Thursday
7:00 am to 5:30 pm
We do not work.
Friday - Sunday
