We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment and systems in our high-tech manufacturing and print production environment. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic planning to reduce downtime, improve performance, and maintain top-tier safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production and printing equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues quickly and effectively

Develop and execute maintenance plans for continuous equipment reliability and efficiency
Ensure all work meets OSHA and company safety standards
Train and lead maintenance technicians on proper procedures and equipment operation
Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and vendor relationships
Use CMMS software to track maintenance activities and analyze performance data for improvement
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems
Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing or printing environment
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
Experience with CMMS systems and diagnostic tools
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
