Key Responsibilities;
Resident support: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to resident inquiries.
Lease and record management: Maintain resident files, rental agreements, and compliance documents.
Billing and payments: Process rent collections, issue receipts, and assist with bookkeeping.
Scheduling and coordination: Organize maintenance requests, inspections, and community events.
Office operations: Handle correspondence, filing, and supply management.
Community communication: Prepare notices, newsletters, and updates for residents.
Management support: Assist park manager with reports, compliance paperwork, and vendor coordination.

Education: High school diploma required.
Experience: 1–3 years in administrative, property management, or customer service roles.
