Leasing agent/assistant manager needed for 130 units apartment community located in Tampa and Brandon. All candidates MUST have relevant experience in leasing, rent collection, maintenance (work schedules, placing orders). Candidates must possess excellent customer service, excellent oral and written communication skills, solid interpersonal and computer skills (Word, Excel), must be very organized, detail oriented and have a great positive attitude.
Must have flexibility to work weekends and evenings if needed. Must be willing to travel to other properties in Tampa.
Job Requirements
2+ years apartment leasing experience
3+ years professional experience
Must be able to pass a full background check no exceptions. Must be honest, reliable, responsible, hard working. References and last 3 years work history required.
