About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time apprentice/employee to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks, including calling clients, home sellers, and title companies, managing daily agendas, accompanying property inspections, and creating reports. This role requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn sales, real estate wholesaling, investing, marketing, and networking.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Preferably with sales and marketing skills. However, if you lack experience but have a hustler's mentality, we are still interested in you.
Attitude: Ambitious, persistent, smart, and fast learner.
Skills: Strong sales skills are essential. Marketing experience is a plus.
Availability: Full-time commitment.
Compensation:
Experienced Candidates: Hourly pay based on experience plus commission.
No Experience: Commission-based pay only.

Responsibilities:
Assist with client calls and communications.
Help manage daily agendas.
Accompany me to property inspections and help with reports.
Learn and apply sales, real estate wholesaling, investing, marketing, and networking techniques.
