Sr. Lead Engineer (Multiple Positions)

Duties:

1. Lead the design and development of sophisticated web and mobile applications utilizing Force.com technology, including Visual Force, Apex Classes, Apex Custom Controllers, Apex Triggers, and Apex Web services.

2. Customize Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements by developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.

3. Design and implement integration solutions with external systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

4. Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment.

5. Collaborate with a team of architects, leads, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

6. Communicate efficiently with overseas clients through various platforms such as IM, Teams, JIRA, and email.

7. Understand and anticipate client needs, manage expectations, and provide timely updates.

8. Leverage strong analytical and reasoning skills to visualize and design processes and outcomes, ensuring solutions are effective, efficient, and scalable.

9. Perform advanced troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve software issues within large codebases, diagnosing root causes and implementing effective solutions promptly.

10. Serve as subject matter expert to CQ developers and other team members providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful completion of projects. This entails managing team dynamics, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving team performance.

11. Keep abreast of technological developments related to CQ applications and broader management practices.

12. Utilize the Java Spring Boot framework to build and deploy microservices that support Salesforce operations and integrations. Enhance backend infrastructure to handle complex workflows, improve system reliability, and enable scalability for expanding business requirements.

13. Design, build, and manage API integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms, including AWS and Azure, using Salesforce Connected Apps, REST, and SOAP APIs. Ensure seamless data synchronization and secure communication across systems while addressing business needs and maintaining integration standards.

14. Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionalities using advanced technologies such as Apex Class, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce Pages.

15. Maintain up-to-date knowledge through assigned internal CQ training as part of the CQ-QMS.

16. Adhere to all internal CQ Quality and Information Security requirements, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards.

Education: Bachelor of Science (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or a closely related field.

Experience: 60 months of progressive experience as a Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Lead Software Engineer or related occupation. Experience to include 24 months of experience with:

Leading a team of developers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within the Salesforce platform (SFDC).

Creating comprehensive design documentation in JIRA Confluence, including system architecture, ER diagrams, flowcharts, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and other technical illustrations to support system development and implementation.

Collaborating with Project Managers to align business goals with technical strategies while overseeing the entire software project lifecycle using Agile methodology, from requirements gathering to development, deployment, and package installation.

Developing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and SFDX CLI to streamline the development process and deploy code across different Salesforce Orgs, ensuring efficient release of Salesforce managed packages. Managing source code version control by creating pull requests in Bitbucket.

Salesforce technologies, including Apex, LWC, SOQL, Tableau CRM, Java, Spring Boot, .Net, Flows, Approval Processes, Git, VS Code, Salesforce SFDX, REST, SOAP, AWS, Heroku, and JIRA. Salesforce APIs and integrations.

Hours: Number of hours per week: 40 hours per week

Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
