Job Summary
Must be a Florida resident residing in the Tampa area.
All projects are commercial environments requiring OSHA compliance.
We’re looking for skilled, experienced, and detail-oriented individuals for installing high-end custom cabinetry, casework, Millwork and architectural woodwork.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Ensure seamless fits and flawless finishes
Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers professionally
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
Perform heavy lifting and overhead work as needed
Submit documentation electronically via company portal
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry installations or custom Millwork
Proven track record with pictures and portfolio
Strong professional references
Hands-on experience with a wide range of hand and power tools is required.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with mobile apps and digital submissions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Conditions of Employment
Must pass drug screening, background check, and MVR screening
Available for overtime
