We need a used semi truck SALESMAN or SALESWOMAN TODAY for a local Tampa dealership.
Our team values honesty, customer service, and strong communication skills that keep our customers coming back.
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
Must have 3 years experience with semi trucks, OR semi truck sales experience, and perferrably with pre-owned trucks.
Must be able to climb in semi trucks and jump a truck battery.
Direct friendly and knowledgeable contact with customers to match them to trucks and guide them with financing options.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to negotiate and close all deals with confidence.
Must follow up with all leads.
Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Must have a valid driver's license or a CDL, which would be the best.
Be familiar with marketing and social media platforms.
Must pass a drug screen.
Be highly motivated and self -directed at all times. There is no time for hand holding here.
Must be a team player and have the ability to see what should be done and jump in to do it!
We offer competitive base salary and strong commission commensurate with skill level and experience.
This is a full- time position with some Saturdays. Would consider part -time hours for the right person. This is NOT a remote position.
