Job Description
We’re looking for an energetic, motivated team member to become our molder operator. This isn’t just a “clock-in and clock-out” position — we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, contributes ideas to improve processes, and works well with others to get the job done right.
The is an entry to mid-level role. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and experience with machinery. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards for safety, efficiency, and quality. There is plenty of room for growth and long-term career development within the company.
Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including machinery.
Operate molding machines safely and efficiently.
Track completed work and stay aware of upcoming tasks or production needs.
Read and interpret measurements accurately using a tape measure.
Perform basic math calculations as needed for production accuracy.
Qualifications
Prior machinery or manufacturing experience preferred.
Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
Willingness to cross-train and assist in other departments when needed.
