Office Manager/Permit Runner - Immediate opening
Ability to Assist with permits
Handle incoming phone calls-sales leads, service issues, work scheduling
Work with the sales force on contracts requiring permitting
Work with Outside engineers to receive signed & sealed drawings for permit submittal
Submit Permits to local jurisdictions
Follow up with local jurisdictions on issues and timely issuance of permits
Call local jurisdictions for inspections on work completed
Input customer contacts and sales lead in ERP system
Input sales orders in ERP system
Process completed work orders in ERP system
Process Point of Sale tickets in ERP system
Process Service Tickets in ERP system
Input Accounts receivable in ERP system
Call on account receivables for payment
Complete Bank Deposits
Reconcile Bank Deposits in ERP system
Complete Corporate reports
Pull reports when necessary
File all contracts
3 years plus experience in a Construction environment a must as well as office management experience a necessity.
5 years plus experience with Excel and word.
