You will also provide leadership and support to nursing caregivers and be a clinical resource.A candidate in this position works Nights 7:00pm -7:30amThe ideal future caregiver is someone who:
Has experience in nursing supervision or leadership.
Has experience in an emergency department or critical care setting.
Can work independently without direct oversight.
Possesses critical thinking and problem-solving skills to escalate issues appropriately.

BSN from an accredited school of professional nursing required.
Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA).
Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA).
Strong interpersonal skills required, including conflict resolution, communication and leadership; computer skills preferred.
2-3 years of experience in Acute Care; at least 1 year in a management role preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Requires working under stressful conditions and irregular hours.
Exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluids.
Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
