Obtaining space for our national clients.Working with brokers, agents and landlords via phone, email and in person.Helping our Franchisees understand the real-estate and construction processSite visits to office towers and lifestyle centers to evaluate viability of leasing spaceDiscussing rates, condition of space and determining viability of a location for one of our major Office, Coworking or Retail brandsRelationship Building: Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals, property owners, and other stakeholders to stay informed about potential opportunities General Research using Costar(R), Loopnet, etc and/or other brokers to find locations nationwideOnsite visits to the locations to confirm it is the right fit for our brandsManaging various projects, scheduling appointments with landlords, working with contractors, analyzing rental rates, bids, compiling location data, and general administration and tasks as assigned.Related activities include, but are not limited to, directly interfacing with clients, vendors, landlords, attorneys, contractors, owners, the sales teamWork in our customized follow-up system to allow for all status, communications, forms, dates and updates to ensure the launch is on time and a plan if the plan slips to ensure on time completion and success.
