Part-Time Condo Office Manager (CAM Required)
Location: NE Miami-Dade
Condominium Association in NE Miami-Dade is seeking a Part-Time Condo Office Manager with a minimum of 2 years of office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, bilingual skills (English & Spanish), and a valid Florida CAM license (required).
Duties include:
Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
Collections
Administrative support to the Board of Directors
Customer service for residents, vendors, and contractors
General clerical duties
Schedule:
25 hours per week
Monday–Friday, 5 hours daily
Requirements:
Florida CAM license (required)
Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
Immediate availability
Relevant experience required
