As we celebrate 30 years of providing great roofs to South Florida, Nast Roofing is expanding! We are seeking a new team member for our sales staff. As an integral team member of Nast Roofing, you will be expected to:
-Have innate knowledge of all residential and commercial roofing systems, along with understanding the installation process of products used to replace or repair the roof in accordance with the building codes.
-Investigate leaks on different types of roofing (metal, tile, shingle, etc.)
-Strong communication skills to relay information to customers and office staff.
-Keep paperwork organized, accurate and timely.
Must be computer literate and Smartphone savvy! We utilize computer and smartphone based software for our leads and sales contracts. You will also be provided with a tablet to use while in the field.
Duties of our Sales Team:
-Prepare contracts for work to be performed by collecting project specific information and requirements.
-Prepare construction estimate costs by studying plans & specifications and work directly with our chief estimator (who is awesome!).
-Evaluate quotes from vendors/manufacturers to determine the best possible solution for a project.
-Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
-Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
-Develop & maintain relationships with General Contractors & Property Managers (Bonus if you bring your own business lines in)
-Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Challenge yourself to continually grow your roofing skillset with new methods and technology, and we will help you along the way.
-Have fun at work everyday
- Bonus if you have existing commercial and / or maintenance contract experience and contacts.
