Collections Representative

Description:Typical day in the role - prime auto collections, early stage (between 28-59 days past due)Will work to grab at least 1 payment and can roll into delinquency.They will be working on 2 different systems. 1 is an auto dialer and will transfer the call when someone picks up, the other is preview dial where they will have 15 seconds to pull up their account.Very heavy outbound calling.KPIS's - conversion rates (how many people they are speaking to and converting)Contacts per system per hour(20-25% monthly wrap time)Additional Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of collections experienceFIRST DAY - A lot of introducing, walking the floor, getting acclimated through the office, system access will come for them later in the week.Experience Level:Expert Level#priorityeast About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
