Description We are in the process of recruiting a Data Entry Clerk to join our team located in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. The primary role of the Data Entry Clerk would be to manage and organize customer data, handle customer inquiries, and oversee customer accounts. This opportunity offers a short term contract employment.Responsibilities Accurately process credit applications from customers Keep customer credit records up-to-date and precise Handle customer inquiries and resolve them efficiently Oversee and manage customer accounts and take necessary action Utilize 10 key skills for data entry tasks Provide excellent customer service at all times Maintain correspondence with customers via email Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and documentation Perform calculations as necessary and maintain organized files Carry out scanning and typing tasks as required.
