Description:The Event Set Up Manager oversees the hotel's Event Set Up Team responsible for set-up of rooms for meetings and banquets. Ensures equipment is in working order. Responsibilites include training and scheduling of staff.The Event Set Up Manager is responsible for managing/supervising, leading, the Event Set Up House Attendants. This will include reading/review, implementing, and following meetings/meal functions “Event Orders”. Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
A minimum of 2-3 Years Banquets or Events Management Experience.
Ability to stand, walk for duration of long periods
A true desire to satisfy the needs of customers in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift heavy items – tables, chairs.
Excellent communication (verbal & written).
Excellent customer service skills.
