$70,000-$75,000 base annual salary range

DUTIES:

Responsible for the execution of all ActionLink sales program strategies

Communicate all sales strategies to the District Managers to execute with the FieldRepresentatives and store teams

Achieve established Program Key Performance Indicators

Ensure staffing compliance for all programs

Manage all financial metrics including, but not limited to, expected mileage, overtime dollars, etc.

Maintain relationships with District Managers and retail store leadershipteams

Support the District Managers in hiring and scheduling all Field Representatives fortheir region/territory

Responsible for teaching, training and coaching District Managers and Field Representatives

Responsible for the performance management of all District Managers including rewards,recognition, and accountability

Report in-field findings and offer recommendations

Adhere to the guidelines of the ActionLink Handbook and the Travel & Expense Policy

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-3 years experience leading a field management team in a multi-unit retail environment

Consumer electronics or 3PL industry experience preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of retail business execution and products

Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels

Demonstrated strength in teaching/coaching techniques

Strong ability to positively influence and motivate others

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven time management and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office software

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must have the ability to travel locally by vehicle and/or nationally by plane as needed

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to rent a car under ActionLink’scorporate insurance standards

Must have access to a quiet home office space with reliable high-speed internet connectivity
