Manage full-cycle recruiting/sourcing and interviewing process with a focus on front-line staff.Set appropriate sourcing strategy for immediate and future candidate pools. Accountable for the overall candidate and hiring manager experience from first point of contact through onboarding. Manage applicant flow within ATS; source, screen resumes/candidates, coordinate interviews.Prepare candidates for interviews by providing logistical information, interview schedule, and other information as needed.  Interview and facilitate/participate in selection decision process. Create and maintain tracking of requisitions, open position reports.Develop relationships with local Universities for entry-level and intern candidates; initiate, organize and participate in sponsored job/career fairs and on-campus events as applicable.
