We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, and energetic Food Truck Operator to help us bring the true flavors of Mexico to the streets!
Our food truck specializes in authentic Mexican cuisine — from flavorful tacos and burritos to homemade salsas and street-style that bring the taste of Mexico to every customer. If you love to cook, love great food and enjoy working with people, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook and serve authentic Mexican dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- Operate and manage daily food truck setup, service, and closing-
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment (inside and outside the truck)
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and basic truck maintenance
Requirements:
- Previous Food truck experience
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
