Canton Icehouse is accepting applications for immediate positions. We are looking for Bartenders and Barbacks.
Bartenders: must be over 21
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, beer, and wine to patrons.
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage the bar area efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Bartender Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar equipment, and mixing techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Certification in responsible beverage service or a valid bartender license. Pass our In-house test if no proof of certification is available.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Barback: must be at least 21 years of age.
Duties include:
Stocking the bar with glasses, supplies, drinks, and ice
Replacing beer kegs and liquor bottles
Collecting and cleaning glassware and the bar area
Preparing garnishes and organizing supplies
Cleaning in dish pit
Helping with opening and closing tasks and minor repairs
Pay is hourly and/or cash tips.
