Hiring an experienced Lead Commercial Electrician to take on both hands-on field work and on-site leadership for ongoing commercial projects across Metro Atlanta.
This is not a desk or supervisory-only role — you’ll be working directly with the crew, installing, wiring, and managing field operations to ensure quality, safety, and project efficiency.
Responsibilities:
– Lead small crews (1–3 electricians/helpers) on commercial projects
– Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
– Layout, install, and terminate conduit, wire, devices, and panels
– Oversee rough-in and trim-out stages for accuracy and compliance
– Perform quality checks and ensure code compliance
– Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and other trades on-site
– Maintain a safe, organized work area and enforce jobsite standards
Requirements:
– 5–6+ years of commercial electrical experience (retail or office preferred)
– Strong knowledge of NEC codes and commercial wiring methods
– Capable of bending conduit (EMT, PVC, Rigid) and pulling feeders
– Must be willing to perform physical field work daily
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Ability to lead a crew independently with minimal supervision
– Must pass background check and verification of experience
