Job Description/Requirements
We are looking for a competent Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and reactive maintenance in the building, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and knowledge of trades like plumbing and carpentry. The ideal candidate must have the ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Duties and Responsibilities
- Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water.
- Inspecting building to confirm safety standards
- Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example door or wall.
- Computer filling paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements and qualifications
- High school diploma required (GED)
- Expertise in various trades, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Good oral and written communication – Bilingual preferred but not required.
- 2 + years’ experience
- Very good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working in a manufacturing would be preferred, but not required.
- Interpersonal skills to interact with employees
- Ability to perform routine task.
Job Site Location/City: Forest Park, GA 30297
Shift/Hours: First shift / 8:00am to5:00pm
Starting pay rate/yearly salary:
Pay rate $19.50 dollars per hour.
