Maintenance/Floor tech

We are trying to blend 2 positions to put together a solid consistent income for the right person. Some of it will involve driving a pickup with an 8 foot trailer to service floor cleaning/window cleaning 3 mornings a week you have to be comfortable operating equipment. The other part will be involved in property maintenance including light landscape, painting and utility work. We will help to train in areas needed. Most of the schedule is flexible and can be discussed to fit into a dependable person or husband/wife teams schedule. You won't get rich but it is dependable income. Email us or text.
