Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Communicate clearly with clients, caregivers, and staff
Review and manage daily/weekly schedules
Keep schedules accurate and efficient; make adjustments when needed
Troubleshoot caregiver call-outs and scheduling issues
