KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with daily operations and maintain tenant databases utilizing AppFolio
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Maintain accurate property-related records and manage correspondence.
Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
Support marketing, leasing efforts, and special projects.
Assist with customer relations, events, and emergency communications.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Spanish speaking a must
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with excellent written and in-person communication skills
Computer proficiency and three or more years of experience, preferably in property management
