Job Title: ACA Referral Agent (Door-to-Door & Tabletop Sales) – 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation Options (2 Options):
- Base + Commission: $200 base pay + $25 per valid lead
- Commission Only: $40 per valid lead
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,450 – $2,000
Expected Hours: 25 per week
Job Overview:
RoseChild Services is hiring ACA Referral Agents to connect clients with Affordable Care Act (ACA) health plans. This independent contractor role offers flexibility and uncapped earning potential through door-to-door and tabletop outreach.
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients through face-to-face outreach (door-to-door or tabletop events)
Educate prospects on ACA health plan options and assist with enrollment inquiries
Maintain accurate records of referrals and leads
Collaborate with the team to maximize outreach efforts
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with face-to-face engagement and lead generation
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
