TheSales Development Representative (SDR)is responsible forproactively reaching out to potentialclients(business owners, marketing managers, or decision-makers) to generate leads to get aDone-For-Youwebsite for their business.This role involvescold calling and email outreach. Some leads are provided and some need to be generated by the contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
Research and identify potential clients (small businesses, startups, agencies, etc.) who need anew website, redesign, or
digital services.
. Use tools likeGoogle andindustry directoriesto find leads.
Maintain apipeline of qualified prospectsusing Excel Spreadsheet or Google Docs
2. Cold Calling & Outreach
. Make100+ outbound calls on Mon., Tues., Thurs., & Fri.to business owners, marketing managers, or decision-makers.
. Deliver acompelling pitchhighlighting the benefits of having a website for their business. (Script is provided).
. Handle objections and provide quick responses to common questions (pricing, timelines and features).
3. Email
Send personalized follow-up emails to nurture leads.
Skills & Qualifications:
1+ year in sales, telemarketing, or cold callingis aplus but not required.Excellent communication & persuasion skills– ability to explain why a website for their business is a good idea in today's market. Comfortable with rejectionand persistent in follow-ups. Self-motivated & goal-driven(meet daily/weekly call & meeting targets).
SDR Commission Structure:
This is an independent contractor position. You are not an employee forGood Buys, LLC.You are responsible for paying your own taxes. This is full time or part time work. It is an uncap commission only pay structure. You’ll get $45 per converted lead into a sale “DONE-FOR-YOU” website for their business. Or if leads are generated by the contractor it’s $55 per lead converted. Plus a $200 bonus every 6 months based on performance, consistency and attendance.
