Cultivate strong connections with clients, architects, and vendors, driving future business and supporting the company's continuous growth.
Supervise and direct on-site personnel and subcontractors, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
Enforce safety protocols, conduct training sessions, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, working closely with project managers to mitigate financial risks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing regular project updates and addressing any challenges.
