Responsibilities: The position will work under the direct supervision of the Chief Appraiser and collaborate with other team members to perform a wide variety of duties relating to the fair market valuation of real and personal property to produce an equitable and uniform tax digest each year. Qualifications: Minimum of an Appraiser certification issued by the Georgia Department of Revenue or the ability to obtain an Appraiser I Certification within six months of employment. Candidates must possess strong computer, analytical, communication, customer service, organizational skills, and proficiency in problem resolution.
