Our client, a dynamic and rapididly growing manufacturer, is seeking an Operations Superintendent to join their team. In this role, you will be an intetegral part of operations by providing oversight to the production teams and contributing to the strategic planning of an expanding company. Oversee all operations from multiple departments, processes or shifts to ensure teams are following policies and procedures related to employee, product and plant safety and environmental compliance.
Responsible for the integrity and completion of all production and quality reporting documents
Partners with environment, health and safety, quality and regulatory experts to identify the most effective approach for implementing and monitoring corporate safety policies and procedures.
Oversee production outcomes, quantity and quality to ensure customer requirements are within specifications.
Partner collaboratively with appropriate centers of excellence to provide input into the development of plant capital investment strategies.
What’s Needed?
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Experience with operation and resource planning
Supervisory or managerial experience
