The Day Shift Supervisor will lead efforts to Take Care of our Customers through Operational and Commercial Excellence. This position is an integral member of the operations leadership team and will be responsible in leading the efforts to continually improve our safety, quality, cost, reliability, productivity, profitability, and team member development of our department and division. [[custsafetyState]]Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years of demonstrated experience managing/leading others
2-4 years in operations or maintenance
1-3 years of experience in plating operations and continuous improvement
Computer skills in software packages: Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university
4-Year Technical degree in Math, Science, or Engineering
Prior experience as a Supervisor
Prior experience in Electroplating/EGV/HDG operations
