Assured Maintenance is looking for a qualified person for Building facilities maintenance with electrical background. We handle various commercial properties in southern Georgia and Jacksonville, FL.
We are seeking a skilled person to join our team! You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our customers' facilities. The ideal candidate will have electrical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail.
This position involves working mostly indoors with some outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Must have basic Plumbing and Electrical (220v) knowledge/experience
Must have your own tools
Must be comfortable climbing ladders
Must have good professional communication skills
The role may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for long periods.
