CCF Maui Construction Inc. A commercial and residential construction company is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to take care of the following tasks:
-Accounting data entry at the office (in person; we have a dedicated office for a project manager/bookkeeper)
Work schedule: 8 a.m. to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday
-New Construction or Remodeling Projects, measuring in the field as needed
-Run errands around town to assist the carpenters and office personnel, or pick up materials with the trucks
-Assist carpenters at the job site, loading and unloading trucks, or organizing the job site/helping with layouts.
-Contact subcontractors and keep job folders organized
We are looking for passionate candidates who understand the mechanics of construction. We encourage our employees to improve their construction skills to advance as professionals in the construction trades.
You must have at least 10 years of experience working in the construction industry to apply for this position. Be great at math and love the construction trades.
