Job Description:
As a Swim Instructor, you'll work with swimmers of all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced. Your role is to create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment where swimmers can build confidence and improve their skills.
Responsibilities:
Teach swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skills
Ensure swimmer safety at all times
Communicate with parents/guardians about progress and goals
Set up and maintain a clean and organized pool area
Follow and enforce all safety guidelines and facility policies
Flexible scheduling
Supportive and team-oriented work environment
