Handle full-cycle accounts payable processing, including verifying, coding, and processing accounts.
Scan and enter invoices into our system.
Print checks, maintain vendor files, and go through vendor statements monthly.
Complete monthly accruals and assist with payroll tasks as needed.
Handle a fast-paced work environment, managing 100+ invoices a week and still meet all set deadlines.
Requirements
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle accounts payable processing.
Capability to handle a fast-paced work environment and manage a heavy invoice load effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to communicate effectively on Microsoft Teams.
Demonstrated ability to learn new software swiftly.
Prior experience in the construction industry and hands-on experience with Viewpoint Vista is preferred but not required.
